Loren Bevans is a New York-based costume designer known for her vision in plays such as Lapis Blue, Blood Red, and Let’s Play Two, the Peter Sellars opera Peony Pavilion, and Urban Bush Women's dance Shadow’s Child.  As assistant designer to Julie Taymor’s Juan Darien and a contributor to the Tony-awarded The Lion King, as well as a seasoned designer of custom and individualized wedding dresses, Loren has brought over 25 years of experience to the field.  With elegance, quirk, and the occasional darkness, Loren Bevans has delivered endless visual stimulation to the dramatic occurrence.
